How to turn a document into a pdf

This may seem like a simple thing, but I wanted to give you a reminder in case you need one.

How to turn a document into a pdf
1. Open the word document


2. Click “File” then “save as”

3. Change the file type to pdf

4. You are set to go! (you can save the file anywhere, just like you do with a regular document)

5. You can do this with most file types (including PowerPoint files)
